With over a staff of 70 employees and a great team of young engineers with a vision in heart to make Jet Machines a global machine tools brand. We, at Janak Enterprise, believe that we as an INDIAN company are second to none and we have all the ability to be the best in the world. At every stage of manufacturing, the company follows an uncompromised working standard. We use the latest software tools such as Solid Edge and Ansys to design and analyze the machine.

To be able to implement a good accurate design into a machine, we have the best Japanese make 4 axis machining centers and turning centers. Almost 100% of all the components are made using this highly accurate machine. With the help of the world-class machining facility, we are able to manufacture all components at very high accuracy.

The biggest advantage of JET Machines is that we follow the same manufacturing standards & quality of similar machines by some famous Taiwanese Brands. All the gears and sliding shafts of the machine are hardened and ground.

The worm wheel is made out of a solid rod of imported AB2 material. This is almost the toughest material used for worm gear application in the world. All the bearings are SKF brand. All electrical are of Schneider make. Every machine is tested on a dynamometer with the actual load applied. The flange runs out of our machine always with 20 microns. This is far better than the permissible run out by European standards, only been able tobe followed by very few machines in the world of the same kind.

We, at Jet Machines, have closely followed the best ideas and technology available in the world. We have brought this technology and features into our machine. Jet Machines is the only semi-automatic machine brand available in INDIA that implements Variable Frequency Drive VFD in semi-automatic machines. Thus, we are the only semi-automatic machine, which has variable RPM between 20-90. These features give a huge advantage to various cutting needs. Fundamentally, it helps users achieve optimum blade life. We are also ready with features of variable feed rates at T1, T2,and  T3,. These features are not available in any semi or fully-automatic machine offline machine in INDIA.

Being an INDIAN manufacturing company all, the components are standard IS standard. Almost all the purchased components are available off the shelf in the open market. Although, all the components are also available from our factory on immediate basis. With the help of the largest after-sales service network in the country, we have achieved the highest customer satisfaction in the after-sales area.
